Hobby: building my own bikes since a young age, I always came up with a new project ... 'low budget' is the goal. Over the years the self-build bikes got a lot of interest in custombike magazines & won numerous prizes at meetings & fairs
HOW IT STARTED !!
In 2007 I followed workshops in NL & DENMARK on how using the english wheel etc ... a great experience
I had all the info I needed and decided making my own 'work Tools' ⚒ this definitely came in handy for rebuilding my bikes.
But during customizing many bikeparts 'small or large' often served as waste, I collected everything and so my 'BACKYARD Garage' started to fill up
I thought why just not reuse them? sketched out ideas followed by making MANY art stuff for myself
it kept fascinating me to make my 'own things', original and nowhere to be found
Welding has always been my great passion ..
but the WELDING and CREATING ... became even a BIGGER PASSION more than it already was
the process of creating motivates me , i find inner peace
a satisfying second hobby that resulted in assignments for people who appreciate my work, for which I thank them
